End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Arcedu Proprietary Limited Company ("Arcedu", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Arcedu application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Arcedu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You shall not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. Arcedu retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and all associated intellectual property rights.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

5. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates or modifications to the App. Certain features may be added or removed. Your continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcedu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under this Agreement will end.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
